The “Thnks fr th Mmrs” video is an absolute hoot as music videos go. In it, a group of chimpanzees deemed ‘visionaries’ are making the music video for the band and doing things like teaching them to kiss a woman properly. (I think a chimp also kisses one of the band member’s backsides.) The Thnks fr th Mmrs video adds another dimension to the sarcasm and slight bitterness expressed in the song’s lyrics without taking itself too seriously. Fall Out Boy definitely gets high marks for creativity and irreverence.
